At Carlton Collection, everything revolves around your comfort and convenience -

from the moment you make your reservation to the moment you check out.

That's why we offer different rates, so you can choose the one that suits you best.

In addition to fixed prices, we work with a clear and flexible pricing model

that moves with supply and demand.

This means you always benefit from the most up-to-date and attractive prices,

including special offers and promotions.

Our rates at a glance:

*Best available price: always the most competitive price at that moment,

without restrictions.

*Early bird price: the lowest price, with fully prepayment. This is non-changeable

and non-refundable.

VAT and prices

All rates include VAT.

We apply the statutory VAT rate of 21%.

Changes to the VAT percentage may be applied to existing reservations.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel your room before 12 p.m. on the day of arrival, no charges will be made

(applies to individual bookings without restrictions).

Depending on the rate chosen, different conditions may apply.

The Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry apply to all reservations.

We will be happy to send you these free of charge.

Guarantee provisions & no-show

We require credit card details to guarantee your reservation.

In case of a no-show, the amount of the first night will be charged.

Depending on the rate, additional conditions may apply.

Practical information

Check-in from 2 p.m.

Check-out until 12 p.m.

Rates include VAT and exclude 10% city tax on the net room price per night.

Breakfast is included in packages where this is explicitly stated.

Spacious, secure, and free parking is available directly at the hotel.

Payments

Please note: we do not accept cash.

Payment can be made easily by debit card, credit card, or in advance by bank transfer.
