What are the check-in and check-out times (and are there flexible options)?
You are welcome to check-in from 2:00 p.m. and check-out until 12:00 p.m.
Would you prefer to arrive earlier? Early check-in before 2:00 p.m. is possible based on availability for €20.
Don't feel like waiting? Feel fee to leave your luggage at the reception and head into town or start your stay relaxed with a drink at restaurant One24.
Not ready to say goodbye yet? Extend your stay with a late check-out, subject to availability.

What payement options are available?
At Carlton President, you can pay easily and securely with iDeal, debit card, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express). We do not accept cash.
You can choose to pay in advance by bank transfer or upon arrival - whichever you prefer.
No credit card? No problem! Please note that you will need to check in before 4:00 p.m.

What are the breakfast times and is it included?
You can enjoy an extensive breakfast buffet at the One24 restaurant. On weekdays, it is available from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
and on weekends from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Whether breakfast is included depends on the rate you have booked. Is breakfast included? Then you are welcome at One24.

How do I get to Carlton President and can I park there?
Parking at Carlton President is free! We have more than 200 parking spaces directly at the hotel and 17 charging stations for electric cars.
The hotel is also easily accessible by public transport.
From Utrecht Centraal Station:
From Utrecht Centraal Station, take bus line 73 towards Maarssenbroek. After about 20 minutes, get off at the Zonnebaan bus stop.
From Maarssen station:
From Maarssen station, take bus line 73 towards Utrecht Centraal Station. After about 5 minutes, get off at the Zonnebaan bus stop.
The hotel is located 350 meters from the bus stop.

That depends on the type of reservation you have made. If you have booked a flexible rate directly through our website or reservations department, you can change your reservation by telephone or email via:
